You will manage digital X-rays, patient records in Dentrix EMR, and assist with four-handed dentistry, while helping with scheduling and treatment prep in a fast-paced practice.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in a dental clinic setting preferred.
• Familiarity with Dentrix EMR for patient records.
• Strong infection control practices and aseptic technique.
• Knowledge of medical terminology and HIPAA compliance.

Responsibilities

• Assist dentists during a variety of treatment procedures.
• Prepare treatment rooms with instruments, materials, and supplies while maintaining aseptic technique.
• Take digital X-rays using modern imaging technology; document and ensure safety protocols.
• Manage patient records in Dentrix EMR with accuracy and confidentiality.
• Provide chairside assistance using four-handed dentistry for smooth workflow.
• Monitor vital signs and document medical information for patients needing special care.
• Support the receptionist with scheduling and patient communications.
