Job summary

Smile Brands is seeking a Dental Assistant to work closely with our Dentist. This role supports clinical procedures, prepares treatment rooms, and helps ensure patient comfort. Monday through Saturday availability is required.

The ideal candidate will hold CPR or BLS certification and an active RDA license, and will assist with X-rays, patient education, charting, inventory, infection control, and some front-office tasks. We offer a comprehensive benefits package and PTO.

Qualifications

• CPR or BLS certification required.
• Active RDA license required.
• Dental Assistant certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Prepare treatment rooms and sterilize dental instruments
• Assist the dentist during procedures by handing instruments and ensuring patient comfort
• Take and develop X-rays as needed
• Educate patients on proper oral hygiene and post-procedure care
• Maintain accurate patient records and update charts
• Manage inventory and order dental supplies as required
• Ensure compliance with infection control protocols and safety regulations
• Assist with front office tasks, such as scheduling appointments and processing payments
