Key Responsibilities
  • Provide chairside assistance during a full range of dental procedures, with emphasis on surgical procedures
  • Prepare and maintain surgical and treatment rooms to exacting standards
  • Sterilize and organize instruments and equipment with meticulous attention to detail
  • Take and process dental radiographs and diagnostic images
  • Prepare patients for procedures while ensuring comfort and understanding
  • Assist with patient education regarding biologic and holistic treatment approaches
  • Maintain accurate and thorough patient records
  • Support phlebotomy procedures as needed for biologic testing and therapies
  • Coordinate patient care and communicate effectively with the clinical team
  • Ensure compliance with infection control protocols and safety standards
Required Qualifications
  • Current Dental Assistant certification/license as required by Oregon state regulations
  • Proven experience as a dental assistant in a clinical setting
  • Current CPR/BLS certification
  • Strong understanding of infection control and OSHA standards
  • Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to anticipate needs and work efficiently in a fast‑paced environment
  • Reliable attendance and strong work ethic

Preferred Qualifications
