Job summary

Rauchberg Dental Group in Parsippany, NJ seeks a Full-Time Dental Assistant to provide high-quality clinical support in a modern, collaborative practice.

Responsibilities include preparing treatment rooms, sterilizing instruments, taking X-rays, assisting during procedures, and guiding patients on oral hygiene and post-care. Competitive pay of $27–$35/hour plus health insurance, PTO, 401(k), referral programs, and more.

Qualifications

• CPR and BLS certifications required or in process.
• Registered dental assistant (RDA) or Certified dental assistant (CDA) credentials preferred.
• Excellent communication, teamwork, and organization are essential.

Responsibilities

• Assist dentist during procedures and prepare/sterilize rooms and instruments.
• Take X-rays and document patient information accurately.
• Provide patient education on oral hygiene and post-care after procedures.
• Support doctors, specialists, and staff to maintain smooth workflow and onboarding.
