Dental365 in Tinton Falls, NJ, is hiring a Registered Dental Assistant to support the dentist, take digital radiographs and intra-oral scans, take impressions, and ensure infection control and sterility for every patient visit.

We offer a competitive hourly range of $30–$35, full-time benefits including health and vision insurance, 401(k) with matching, generous PTO, an in-house dental program, and a scrubs allowance. Shifts run Monday–Friday with varied start times to fit patient needs.

Qualifications

• Registered Dental Assisting license and experience required.
• Any certification/license as required by the state to perform specified duties.
• A resume showcasing a consistent and stable employment history.
• Strong interpersonal communication skills, delivering exceptional patient experiences.

Responsibilities

• Welcoming patients with a smile and making them feel comfortable.
• Support the Dentist with various procedures.
• Taking digital radiographs and intra-oral scans as prescribed.
• Taking impressions and fabricating serviceable temps.
• Ensure strict infection control by preparing and sterilizing instruments and equipment.
• Sanitizing and prepping operatories for treatments.
• Adhere to OSHA and safety policies to maintain a safe environment.
• Educate patients on effective oral hygiene strategies.
• Undertake diverse office tasks as needed for seamless operations.
