Qualifications

• At least 2 years of dental assisting experience.
• Experience with EagleSoft is required.
• X-ray certification (or ability to obtain per state requirements).
• Current CPR/BLS certification is required.
• EFDA certification is preferred where applicable.

Responsibilities

• Chairside assistance during a variety of procedures.
• Prepare and sterilize instruments and operatories per infection control protocols.
• Take digital radiographs and intraoral images.
• Record and update patient medical histories and clinical notes accurately.
• Ensure patient comfort before, during, and after procedures.
• Provide patient education on oral hygiene, treatment plans, and post-operative care.
• Maintain operatory cleanliness and organization.
• Manage inventory and restock supplies as needed.
• Support front office duties as needed, including scheduling and patient communication.

Schedule Monday-Thursday 8-5; Friday 8-2

We are seeking a skilled and dependable Dental Assistant with at least one year of experience to join our team. This role is ideal for a motivated professional who is comfortable working chairside, values efficiency, and is committed to delivering high-quality patient care in a team-oriented environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist the dentist chairside during a variety of procedures

Skills, Knowledge and Expertise

• Minimum of 2 year of dental assisting experience required
• Experience with EagleSoft required
• Cross trained and willing to fill in at front office preferred
• X-ray certification (or ability to obtain per state requirements)
• Current CPR/BLS certification required
• EFDA certification preferred (if applicable)
• Strong clinical and organizational skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
• Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
