Westford Smiles Dental Center in Westford, MA is hiring a Dental Assistant for immediate hire to support clinicians, handle chairside duties, inventory, and lab cases while upholding health and safety protocols.

Hours are Mon-Thu 8am-5pm, with no weekends. Ideal candidates hold MA CDA or RDA licensure, at least one year of experience, and strong communication and customer service skills; Eaglesoft familiarity is a plus.

Qualifications

• Current MA license required (CDA or RDA).
• At least 1 year of experience as a dental assistant.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Motivated individual and friendly team player.
• Computer skills; familiarity with Eaglesoft is a plus.

We’re a private dental office in Westford MA, looking for a Dental Assistant to join our Smile Team! We are a state-of-the art dental office This an opportunity for you to be in the forefront of dentistry.

As a Dental Assistant, you will provide top-notch dental care that makes our clients feel like family. You will also help with tasks such as inventory ordering, managing lab cases, and adhere to health & safety regulations and protocols.

Office Hours: Mon, Tues , Wed 8am to 5 pm & Thurs 8-3pm ; No weekends

Qualifications Needed For this Position

• Current License Required, Certified Dental Assistant (CDA) or Registered Dental Assistant (RDA) for MA state licensure by Dental Assisting National Board's (DANB)


• Previous experience as a dental assistant for at least one year


• Excellent communication & professional customer service skills


• Motivated Individual & Friendly Team Player


• Computer skills (familiarity with Eaglesoft & some digital dentistry is favorable)
