Job summary

Athens Endodontics is seeking a dedicated Dental Assistant to join our endodontic specialty practice. You will assist the doctor during procedures, take digital radiographs, maintain clean and ready treatment rooms, and help manage patient flow to minimize wait times.

The ideal candidate holds a Georgia Dental Assistant certification with radiology credentials and has at least one year of experience. Excellent communication, reliability, and punctuality are essential for compassionate patient

Qualifications

• Active Georgia Dental Assistant certification and radiology certification are required.
• Minimum 1 year of dental assisting experience.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to prioritize tasks and work efficiently.
• Reliability and punctuality.

Responsibilities

• Provide outstanding customer service with chairside manner.
• Assist the doctor with all dental procedures.
• Take radiographs using digital equipment.
• Maintain patient flow with minimal wait times and flexible timing.
• Clean and set up treatment rooms.
• Review patient charts prior to doctor arrival and log data.
• Order and organize dental supplies.
