Job summary

Concierge Dental Group is seeking a Dental Assistant to support doctors across general and surgical procedures in our Western New York offices. You’ll set up operatories, assist chairside, handle sterilization, and help keep the day running smoothly while making patients feel at ease.

We value calm, proactive teammates who adapt to digital workflows and are eager to advance, including NYS radiology certification with company support.

Qualifications

• NY State radiology / X-ray certification is a plus and we will help you obtain it.
• Comfortable with digital workflows and learning new tech quickly.
• Warm, steady, and quick on your feet; strong teamwork and communication.

Responsibilities

• Chairside assisting across general and surgical procedures
• Operatory setup, sterilization, and keeping the clinical day moving
• Digital x-rays and intraoral imaging
• Making patients feel safe, informed, and cared for

What the role actually looks like

• Chairside assisting across general and surgical procedures - you're the doctor's right hand
• Operatory setup, sterilization, and keeping the clinical day moving
• Digital x-rays and intraoral imaging (we'll support your certification if you're working toward it)
• Making patients feel safe, informed, and genuinely cared for
• Working shoulder-to-shoulder with hygienists, doctors, and the front office as one team

Where it can go

Strong assistants here grow into Lead Dental Assistant, Treatment Coordinator, or clinical-trainer roles. We promote from within - your next step is real.

What we're looking for

• Warm, steady, and quick on your feet
• Chairside experience helpful; NYS radiology / X-ray certification a plus (we'll help you get there)
• Comfortable with digital workflows and learning new tech fast
• A team player who takes pride in a clean, calm, well-run operatory
• Dental experience preferred - but the right attitude can be trained

Compensation & benefits

• $20-$27/hour, based on experience and certifications
