• 3 to 5 years of chairside dental assisting experience
• Experience in general dentistry required; specialty experience is a plus
• Comfortable with digital charting, dental software, and clinical technology such as iTero and AI diagnostics
• Ideally live within a 10 to 15‑mile radius of the assigned office location

• Assist chairside with efficiency, professionalism, and attention to detail

• Prepare and maintain operatories, instruments, and materials
• Maintain OSHA and HIPAA compliance at all times
• Coordinate lab cases and manage clinical inventory as assigned
• Support efficient scheduling and patient flow
• Communicate clearly and professionally with patients and team members
• Maintain a polished professional appearance and positive attitude
• Support cross‑training and help the team when needed
