Job summary

Corner Dental – Toledo, OH, part of North American Dental Group (NADG), is seeking a Dental Assistant to provide essential clinical support. You will prepare patients, assist the dentist in restorative procedures, and maintain high standard of care and efficiency.

Responsibilities include charting, operatory setup, patient education, radiographs, sterilization, and strict OSHA/HIPAA compliance. Certification in radiography and CPR, plus MS Office proficiency, are required. New graduates welcome.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in MS Office Suite.
• Dental assisting certification or prior on-the-job training.
• 1–5 years of experience preferred; new graduates are welcome to apply.
• Radiography / X-Ray certification (state-specific).
• Current CPR certification.
• Commitment to delivering exceptional service and patient education.

• Deliver exceptional chair-side clinical support to dentists and hygienists, including charting, operatory setup/cleanup, and patient education.
• Record and review patient health histories, make chart entries under the dentist's direction, and ensure all documentation is complete.
• Set up trays and instruments based on the daily schedule and procedure requirements.
• Prepare patients, sterilize/disinfect instruments, and maintain asepsis following OSHA standards.
• Assist with dental procedures, including exposing and developing diagnostic radiographs.
• Ensure compliance with OSHA, HIPAA, CPR, and other certifications and safety requirements.

Position: Dental Assistant

Location: Corner Dental – Toledo, OH

Job Type: Full‑time

Your Work Schedule

• Monday: 8 AM – 5 PM
• Tuesday: 9 AM – 6 PM
• Wednesday: 8 AM – 5 PM
• Thursday: 8 AM – 5 PM
• Friday: 8 AM – 3 PM
• Every other Saturday: 8 AM – 1 PM

Your Role
