Job summary

Wood Family Dentistry in Tempe is seeking a Dental Assistant to join a dynamic team dedicated to patient care and innovation. You will prepare patients for procedures, sterilize instruments, and support the clinical workflow in a friendly, patient-centered environment.

The role requires 1–3 years of experience, a Dental Assistant certification or Associate’s degree, strong communication skills, and X-ray certification.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years of continuous experience.
• Dental Assistant Certification or Associate’s degree in Dental Assisting.
• Stellar verbal and written communication skills.
• X-ray certified.

Responsibilities

• Prepare patients for dental work.
• Sterilize and disinfect instruments, setting up trays.
• Including fillings, cleanings, root canals, extractions, crown and bridge work, dental implants, etc.
• Collect and record medical and dental history.
