Mid America Health is currently seeking a Full‑Time Dental Assistant to join our growing School Smiles team. This position is 5 days per week (Monday – Friday, during school hours) based out of the St. Louis, MO area (within a 2‑hour radius). The job will start in fall with an August start date.

Benefits

• Hourly rate $27.00 per hour for clinic hours worked and drive time

Job Duties

• Responsible for maintaining portable equipment and supplies as well as the maintenance of the company van, all of which remain in your possession at all times.
• Assist Dentist in portable operatory setup inside the school with chairside procedures as needed.
• Responsible for loading/unloading and setup of dental operatory inside school.
• Various administrative duties.

Qualifications

• Current Missouri X‑ray License (MUST)
• Current CPR for Healthcare Providers required.
• 1‑year Dental Assistant experience preferred.
• Willingness to travel within a 2‑hour radius.
