Diamond Braces Orthodontist: Braces & Invisalign is hiring a Full-Time Dental Assistant (No License Required) to join our on-site team. No license is required to start, with paid training and ongoing clinical development.

We offer competitive pay, modern technology, and opportunities for advancement in a fast-paced orthodontic setting. You will assist orthodontists, prepare rooms, sterilize instruments, take X-rays and scans, and educate patients on care.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 6+ months of experience in a dental office or healthcare setting preferred.
• No Dental Assistant license required; training provided.

Responsibilities

• Assist the orthodontist during patient treatment.
• Prepare treatment rooms and instruments.
• Sterilize instruments per OSHA standards.
• Take digital X-rays, intraoral scans, photographs, and impressions.
• Enter clinical notes into patient records.
• Educate patients on oral hygiene and appliance care.
• Fabricate Essix retainers and assist with basic lab duties.
• Prepare and track laboratory cases.
• Maintain clean, organized operatories.

What You'll Do

As an Dental Assistant, you'll play an important role in creating confident smiles while supporting our orthodontists and providing an exceptional patient experience.

Responsibilities Include

• Assisting the orthodontist during patient treatment
• Preparing treatment rooms and orthodontic instruments
• Sterilizing instruments following OSHA and infection control standards
• Taking digital X-rays, intraoral scans, photographs, and impressions
• Entering accurate clinical notes into patient records
• Educating patients on oral hygiene and appliance care
• Fabricating Essix retainers and assisting with basic laboratory duties
• Preparing and tracking laboratory cases
• Keeping operatories clean, organized, and patient-ready

Who We're Looking For

• High school graduate or equivalent
• Passionate about patient care

Experience Preferred

• At least 6 months of experience in a dental office or healthcare setting
• Orthodontic experience is a plus—but not required
• Experience with digital scanners is a plus

No Dental Assistant license? No problem! If you're motivated and ready to learn, we'll provide the training and support to help you succeed.

Work Schedule

We care for children, teens, and working adults, so flexibility is important.
