Job summary

Westgate Family Dentistry in Spartanburg, SC is seeking a PART TIME, dependable, patient oriented dental assistant. We are a close-knit team with a family dynamic who are eager to find the perfect, skilled match to assist with our experienced doctors.

Tuesdays and Occasional Fridays 8:30-5:00. Flexible schedule and 401K options are offered in a supportive, team-oriented environment.

Qualifications

• Certified dental assistant; 1-year minimum experience highly preferred
• X-ray certified; able to take diagnostic quality x-rays
• CPR certified; OSHA compliant
• Eaglesoft experience preferred
• Excellent patient communication (verbal and written)
• Professional delivery with doctor and patient
• Fully competent in completing all tasks related to dental assisting with OSHA compliance
• Hardworking and dependable
• Pay will be discussed based on knowledge, skill, and experience

Responsibilities

• Assist doctors during dental procedures and ensure patient comfort
• Maintain OSHA-compliant workflow and sterilization standards
• Communicate with patients and team to coordinate care
