Job summary

ClearChoice Dental Implant Centers is seeking a motivated, patient-focused Dental Assistant to support our Prosthodontists and clinical team in delivering exceptional dental implant care. This role helps patients restore their smiles, health, and confidence.

Responsibilities include chairside assistance, imaging, record review, and coordinating with physicians. Growth opportunities exist within ClearChoice and TAG. Full-time, Seattle area, with a $2,000 sign-on bonus and comprehensive benefits.

Qualifications

• Current Dental Assistant certification as required by state regulations.
• Current CPR certification.
• Minimum 2 years of dental assisting experience.
• Dental implant, prosthodontic, oral surgery, or hygiene experience preferred.
• Strong communication skills and attention to detail in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Provide chairside assistance during prosthodontic, surgical, and implant procedures.
• Take and process x-rays, impressions, photographs, bite registrations, and other diagnostic records.
• Review medical histories, treatment plans, consent forms, and patient paperwork.
• Educate patients on treatment plans, pre-op/post-op instructions, and oral health.
• Coordinate medical clearances and communicate with physicians as needed.
• Collaborate with Prosthodontists, Oral Surgeons, Patient Education Consultants, and front office teams to ensure a seamless patient experience.
• Maintain sterilization, infection control, inventory, and operatory readiness.
• Support treatment acceptance and patient follow-up efforts.

ClearChoice Dental Implant Centers is seeking a motivated, patient-focused Dental Assistant to support our Prosthodontists and clinical team in delivering exceptional dental implant care. As part of a growing, mission-driven organization, you'll play a key role in helping patients restore their smiles, health, and confidence.

Pay: $28.00-$32.00/hour (based on experience and certification)

Schedule: Full-Time, Monday-Friday

Key Responsibilities

• Provide chairside assistance during prosthodontic, surgical, and implant procedures.
