• Set up and breakdown operatory post treatment.
• Prepare and sterilize instruments and equipment.
• Provide patients with instructions for oral care following surgery or other dental treatment procedures, such as the placement of a restoration (filling).

• Manage dental supply inventory and ensure adequate stocking of supplies.
• Help patients feel comfortable before, during, and after dental treatment.

• Maintain dental records; accurately charting in patient records.
