Qualifications

Goldstein Dental Center, a premier cosmetic and restorative dental practice in the Atlanta area, is seeking an experienced, motivated, and polished Dental Assistant to join our clinical team.

Our practice specializes in high-end cosmetic dentistry, smile makeovers, veneers, full-mouth rehabilitation, and dental implants. We are looking for someone who takes pride in their clinical skills, anticipates the needs of doctors, and understands the importance of delivering an exceptional, personalized patient experience.

What You'll Do

• Provide exceptional four-handed chairside assistance during cosmetic, restorative, and implant procedures.
• Anticipate doctor needs and proactively support efficient, seamless clinical workflows.
• Prepare and break down operatories, ensuring proper instrument setup, sterilization, and infection control.
• Capture digital impressions, intraoral scans, clinical photographs, and radiographs.
• Assist with temporization, shade selection, and communication with dental laboratories.
• Educate patients about their treatment, post-operative instructions, and next steps with confidence and warmth.
• Maintain accurate clinical documentation and ensure operatories are properly stocked.
• Collaborate with the front office and treatment coordination team to create a seamless patient journey and support treatment acceptance.

What We're Looking For

• Minimum of 2 years of dental assisting experience.
• Strong four-handed dentistry and chairside assisting skills.
• Experience in cosmetic, restorative, or implant dentistry strongly preferred.
• Georgia-compliant radiology certification.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
