Job summary

Great Expressions Dental Centers is seeking a Part Time Traveling Oral Surgery Dental Assistant to join our dynamic team. This role travels between our Snellville, Conyers and Douglasville offices, supporting the dentists and ensuring patient comfort in a fast-paced environment.

The position offers a part-time schedule on the first three Thursdays and the fourth Tuesday of each month, with responsibilities including room prep, sterilization, patient education, and accurate record-keeping.

Qualifications

• 3-5 years of dental assisting experience (or equivalent).
• 2-3 years of Oral Surgery experience.
• MUST TRAVEL.

Responsibilities

• Assist our experienced dental team in providing exceptional patient care
• Prepare treatment rooms, sterilize instruments, and ensure a clean and organized environment
• Educate patients on proper oral hygiene techniques and post-treatment care
• Support dentists during procedures, anticipating their needs and ensuring smooth workflow
• Perform basic dental procedures under the guidance of a licensed dentist
• Manage appointment scheduling and maintain patient records accurately

• 2-3 years of Oral Surgery experience
• MUST TRAVEL
• Excellent organizational skills with a keen eye for detail
• Strong communication skills and a friendly, compassionate demeanor
• Ability to multitask and thrive in a fast-paced environment
• Proficiency in dental software and technology is a plus
