Job summary

Smile Brands Inc. seeks a Registered Dental Assistant (RDA) for Monarch Dental in San Antonio. The role focuses on assisting chairside, preparing rooms, taking X-rays, and maintaining records to ensure smooth patient flow and high-quality care.

You will work with a collaborative team, adhere to OSHA/HIPAA standards, and contribute to a positive patient experience. CPR/BLS certification and state credentialing are required.

Qualifications

• Meet all state-specific dental assistant credentialing requirements for the duties assigned in the state of employment (e.g. RDA, CDA, EFDA, state registration, or equivalent as required by the state)
• Current CPR/BLS certification (or ability to obtain prior to start date)
• Knowledge of dental terminology, infection control protocols, and OSHA/HIPAA standards
• Strong communication and commitment to excellent patient care

Schedule (days/hours)

M-F 8-5PM

Compensation
