Monarch Dental in Murphy, TX, supported by Smile Brands, seeks a motivated Registered Dental Assistant to join our team. You will chairside assist, prepare rooms, take X‑rays, and help manage patient flow in a collaborative, patient‑focused environment.

The ideal candidate holds TX RDA certification and CPR, brings a positive, team‑oriented attitude, and communicates well with patients. This role offers growth opportunities, exposure to multiple doctors and offices, and a competitive hourly pay

Responsibilities

• Work collaboratively with clinical and front office teams.

Schedule (days/hours)

M‑T / Th-Fri 8-5pm

Responsibilities

• Assist the doctor chairside during dental procedures

Compensation

$19.00 - $21.00 per hour
