Job summary

Monarch Dental, supported by Smile Brands, is seeking a motivated Registered Dental Assistant to join our Little Elm team. You will assist the doctor chairside, prepare rooms, take X-rays, and help ensure smooth patient flow while educating patients for a comfortable visit.

Qualifications

• TX RDA Certification required.
• 2–3 years dental assistant experience.

Schedule (days/hours)

M‑F 8‑5

Responsibilities

• Assist the doctor chairside during dental procedures
• Prepare and sterilize treatment rooms and instruments
• Take X‑rays and maintain accurate patient records
• Support smooth patient flow and provider efficiency
• Educate patients and help create a comfortable office experience
• Work collaboratively with clinical and front office teams

Compensation

$19‑$22/hour
