Job summary

Advanced Center for Cosmetic Dentistry is seeking an experienced Dental Assistant to support the clinical team with dental treatments, fabricate temporary restorations, and manage patient records. The role requires certification and a proactive, patient-centered approach.

Ideal candidates have 5+ years of dental assisting, active X-ray certification, and the ability to handle multiple tasks in a busy practice while maintaining excellent patient care and teamwork.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of dental assisting experience.
• Active X-ray certification.
• Proficiency in temporary fabrication and taking impressions.
• Availability Monday through Thursday for at least 35 hours per week.

Responsibilities

• Assist the clinical team with dental treatments.
• Fabricate temporary restorations and take impressions.
• Prepare instruments, sterilize equipment, and clean treatment rooms.
• Maintain accurate dental histories and patient records.
• Help manage patient flow and keep clinical spaces neat and organized.
• Communicate with patients in a knowledgeable, compassionate, and reassuring manner.
• Support the front office with greeting patients, answering phones, and scheduling appointments.
• Follow office policies and standard operating procedures.
