Chesapeake Pediatric Dental Group is hiring a dental assistant to support patient care in a collaborative pediatric dental setting. You will greet patients, assist during visits, and help with radiographs, impressions, and intraoral photos while maintaining a clean, sterile environment.

Strong communication and professionalism are essential. Requirements include a state-appropriate dental assistant license/registration, CPR/BLS, 6+ months experience, and a CODA-accredited program preferred.

Qualifications

• Active license/registration to practice as a dental assistant as required by your state.
• 6+ months of experience as a dental assistant.
• CPR or BLS certification.
• Completion of a CODA-accredited dental assisting program (preferred).
• Quick learner with strong problem solving skills.
• Ability to act with integrity, professionalism, and confidentiality.
• Comfortable with software used for charting, records, and scheduling.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
• Organized with strong knowledge of dentistry and dental terminology.
