Job summary

Idaho Kids Dentistry and Orthodontics in Star, Idaho seeks a dedicated Dental Assistant to support patient care and the clinical team. You will greet patients, assist during procedures, take radiographs, impressions, and help maintain a clean, organized operatory.

The role requires an active license, CPR/BLS, and a CODA-accredited program (preferred). Strong communication and confidentiality are essential to deliver excellent patient experiences.

Qualifications

• Active license/registration to practice as a dental assistant, as required by your state.
• 6+ months of experience as a dental assistant.
• CPR or BLS certification.
• CODA-accredited dental assisting program (preferred).
• Quick learner with strong problem solving skills.
• Ability to act with integrity, professionalism, and confidentiality.
• Comfortable with software used for charting, records, and scheduling.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
• Organized with strong knowledge of dentistry and dental terminology.
