Job summary

Ever Care Dental in the New York City Metropolitan Area is seeking a part-time Dental Assistant to support the dentist during patient examinations and procedures. You will take and process x-rays, sterilize instruments, prepare materials, and help educate patients on dental hygiene.

Role Description

This is a part-time on-site role for a Dental Assistant in the New York City Metropolitan Area. The Dental Assistant will assist the dentist during patient examinations, take and process x-rays, sterilize dental instruments, prepare materials and equipment needed for dental procedures, and provide patient education on dental hygiene.

Qualifications

• Dental Care, Dentistry, Oral Care, and Dental Assisting skills
• Experience with sterilization techniques and procedures for dental instruments and equipment
• Knowledge of dental materials and their uses
• Ability to take and process dental x-rays
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to follow safety protocols and maintain a clean and organized work environment
• Dental Assistant certification or training is preferred
• High school diploma or equivalent is required
