What Nuvia Offers
  • Pay: $24-$45 per hour
  • $24-$29 per hour base
  • Up to $2,000 monthly bonuses averaging out to roughly $12 per hour

The dental assistant (surgical assistant) at Nuvia Dental Implant Center plays a crucial role in assisting surgeons and restorative dentists, ensuring safe and memorable patient experiences. Responsibilities include assisting in setup, surgery, taking impressions, pouring molds, X-rays, ordering supplies, and patient interaction.

A Day In The Life
  • Surgery prep and start: Prepare instruments and patients, assist surgeon and CRNA, assist with surgery
  • Morning huddle: Review schedule and patient needs
  • Meet lab deadlines: Work efficiently to deliver prosthetics within 24 hours
  • Overcoming obstacles: Problem solve daily challenges to ensure smooth operations and top patient experience
  • Perform Circular tasks: Ordering supplies, sterilization, compliance, lab requests
  • End of day: Complete reports, review patient charts and lab cases for the next day
