DirectDental in Meridian, ID is seeking a Dental Assistant to support the dentist during general dentistry procedures, prepare rooms, take digital X-rays, and help maintain patient comfort and care.

Position Overview

The Dental Assistant will support the dentist during clinical procedures, help maintain a smooth daily workflow, and ensure patients feel comfortable and cared for. This role is ideal for someone who is reliable, detail-oriented, and enjoys building relationships with patients and teammates.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist the dentist during a wide range of general dentistry procedures
• Prepare, sterilize, and organize instruments and treatment rooms
• Take digital X-rays and intraoral photos
• Maintain accurate patient records and charting
• Provide excellent chairside communication and patient education
• Manage inventory and restock supplies as needed
• Follow all OSHA, HIPAA, and infection-control protocols
• Contribute to a positive, team-oriented office culture

Qualifications
