Dr. C Family Dentistry - Valley in Spokane Valley, WA is seeking a skilled Dental Assistant to join our team. The role requires at least one year of chairside experience and X-ray certification, with CPR/BLS credentials.

You will work closely with the dentist to deliver high-quality patient care in a fast-paced environment. Responsibilities include preparing instruments, taking X-rays, updating patient records, and assisting with front desk tasks as needed.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 1 year of dental assisting experience is required.
• X-ray certification (or ability to obtain per state requirements).
• Current CPR/BLS certification is required.
• EFDA certification is preferred (if applicable).
• Strong clinical and organizational skills essential.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
• Positive attitude and team-oriented mindset.

Responsabilités

• Assist the dentist chairside during a variety of procedures.
• Prepare and sterilize instruments and operatories per infection control protocols.
• Take digital radiographs (X-rays) and intraoral images.
• Record and update patient medical histories and clinical notes accurately.
• Ensure patient comfort before, during, and after procedures.
• Provide patient education on oral hygiene, treatment plans, and post-operative care.
• Maintain operatory cleanliness and organization.
• Manage inventory and restock supplies as needed.
• Support front office duties as needed, including scheduling and patient communication.

Compensation: $19.00 - $27.00 / hour

Description

Dr. C Family Dentistry - Valley is seeking a skilled and dependable Dental Assistant with at least one year of experience to join our team. This role is ideal for a motivated professional who is comfortable working chairside, values efficiency, and is committed to delivering high-quality patient care in a team-oriented environment.

Schedule

Tuesday 6:30am - 3pm, Wednesday 6:30am - 6pm, Thursday 8:30am - 5:30pm, and Friday 6:30am - 3pm

Key Responsibilities

• Assist the dentist chairside during a variety of procedures
