  • Pay: $24-$45 per hour
  • $24-$29 per hour base
  • Up to $2,000 monthly bonuses averaging out to roughly $12 per hour

Responsibilities include assisting in setup, surgery, taking impressions, pouring molds, X-rays, placing orders, and working directly with patients.

A Day In The Life

Surgery prep and start: Prepare instruments and patients, review surgery expectations, assist CRNA with intubation, and support surgery

Morning huddle: Review schedule and patient needs

Meet lab deadlines: Work efficiently to ensure prosthetics are ready within 24 hours

Overcoming obstacles: Use experience to problem solve and keep processes smooth

Perform Circular tasks: Ordering supplies, sterilization, compliance, handling lab requests

End of day: Complete reports, review patient charts, and prepare for the next day
