Job summary

Smile Brands is seeking a Dental Assistant in Utah to support a busy clinical team with room preparation, patient care and chairside assistance. You’ll collaborate with dentists and specialists to ensure smooth procedures, accurate records and patient comfort throughout visits.

Responsibilities include taking X‑rays where allowed, educating patients on oral hygiene and post‑treatment care, maintaining infection control, and keeping the clinical area organized and welcoming for every patient

Qualifications

• Meet all state‑specific credentialing requirements for the duties assigned.
• Current CPR/BLS certification or ability to obtain before start date.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Commitment to patient care and teamwork.
• Positive, dependable and willingness to learn.

As a Dental Assistant, you’ll play an important role in delivering exceptional patient care and helping the clinical team provide high-quality dentistry.

Monday/Wednesday 7-5

• Provide patients with clear, compassionate guidance on oral hygiene and post‑treatment care.

• Support an efficient, organized clinical environment.
• Help create a welcoming, comfortable experience for every patient.
• Work collaboratively with the entire dental team to deliver exceptional care.

Qualifications

• Meet all state‑specific dental assistant credentialing requirements for the duties assigned in the state of employment.
• Current CPR/BLS certification or ability to obtain before your start date.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• A genuine commitment to patient care.
• Ability to work effectively as part of a team.
• Positive, dependable and willing‑to‑learn attitude.
• Previous dental assisting experience preferred, but qualified new dental assistants may be considered depending on the practice and state requirements.

Compensation

$17-$19/hour
