Job summary

West Coast Dental Administrative Services LLC seeks a Registered Dental Assistant in Long Beach, CA. This full-time role supports dentists across general and specialty procedures, with a focus on patient care and accurate charting.

You will prepare rooms, take X-rays, educate patients, and ensure OSHA-compliant sterilization and safety. Growth opportunities exist across a network of Southern California offices.

Qualifications

• Active California Registered Dental Assistant license.
• CA X-ray certification current.
• Coronal polish and sealant certification.
• CPR/BLS certification current.
• Knowledge of sterilization procedures and OSHA compliance.

Responsibilities

• Prepare treatment rooms and sterilize instruments per OSHA standards.
• Assist dentists during general and specialty procedures (ortho, oral surgery, etc.).
• Take, develop, and process dental X-rays.
• Maintain accurate patient records and documentation.
• Educate patients on oral hygiene and post-treatment care.
• Ensure infection control and safety protocol compliance.
• Manage operatory flow and support efficiency in a fast-paced environment.
• Collaborate with front and back-office teams to deliver patient care.

Key Responsibilities (What You’ll Do)
