West Coast Dental Administrative Services Llc in Fontana, CA seeks a Registered Dental Assistant (RDA) for full-time work. You will prepare treatment rooms, sterilize instruments, assist dentists, take X-rays, maintain records, and educate patients.

The role supports a fast-paced, multi-specialty practice across Southern California. Required CA RDA license, X-ray certification, CPR/BLS; coronal polish/sealant certs are a plus.

Key Responsibilities (What You’ll Do)

• Prepare treatment rooms and sterilize instruments according to OSHA standards
• Assist dentists during general and specialty procedures (including ortho, oral surgery, etc.)
• Take, develop, and process dental X-rays
• Maintain accurate patient records, charting, and documentation
• Educate patients on oral hygiene and post-treatment care
• Ensure compliance with infection control and safety protocols
• Manage operatory flow and support efficiency in a fast-paced environment
• Collaborate with front and back-office teams to deliver exceptional patient care
• Be a key part of creating a positive patient experience from start to finish
• Take initiative to learn new skills and assist across multiple specialties
• Participate in mentoring programs to grow your clinical expertise and advance your career

Qualifications
