Job summary

Smile Brands Inc. is seeking a Dental Assistant in Lake in the Hills, Illinois. In this role, you'll be a vital part of the clinical team, assisting GPs and Specialty Clinicians by preparing patients and treatment rooms for dental procedures and educating patients about oral hygiene. Candidates must meet state credentialing requirements and have current CPR/BLS certification, along with Orthodontic experience. The role offers a competitive compensation of $25-$28 per hour and various benefits including paid time off and health insurance.

Overview

In this role, you’ll be an important member of the clinical team, working alongside GPs and other Specialty Clinicians dedicated to serving patients. You’ll be supporting many sides of the practice, greeting and guiding patients, and helping out across the office as needed.

Schedule (days/hours)

Friday 8-4 (2 times a month)

Responsibilities

• Preparing patients and treatment rooms for dental procedures
• Helping to educate patients on appropriate oral hygiene strategies
• Improving oral health, solving dental challenges and bettering smiles every day

Qualifications

• Meet all state specific dental assistant credentialing requirements for the duties assigned in the state of employment
• Current CPR/BLS certification (or ability to obtain before start date)
• Strong communication and commitment to excellent patient care
• Must have Orthodontic experience

Compensation

$25-$28
