Dental Assistant – We're Hiring!

At Bellevue Dental, we’re a caring and upbeat dental practice committed to giving our patients a great experience—every time. We're looking for a friendly, dependable, and skilled Dental Assistant to join our team and help deliver high-quality, gentle care.

Pay

$25 - $38 per hour
Competitive salary based on qualifications and experience.
Commission-Based Incentives: Benefit from incentives based on your contributions to procedures like impression taking, equipment setup, and patient education.

Shift & Schedule

Monday to Friday
Day shift
Work Hours: Monday to Friday 7:30 AM to 5:30 PM (would consider four days a week)
Breaks: 60-minute meal break (not counted as work hours).
Overtime: Overtime available during busy seasons and paid at 1.5x the regular hourly rate.
Weekend Work: No weekend shifts required.
Holiday Shifts: Occasional holiday shifts, compensated at double time.

Requirements

License & Certification: Basic life support, Driver’s license, Registered dental assistant / Certified dental assistant, X-ray / Radiography Certification
Software Experience: Dentrix, Dexis, iTero
Clinical Experience: Cosmetic Dentistry, Implant Dentistry, Emergency Dentistry, General Dentistry
Years of Professional Experience: Experienced Dental assistant with 3+ years of practice
Active Dental Assistant license/certification (if required in your state)
X-ray certification (preferred or required based on state)
3+ year experience preferred, but willing to train the right candidate
Reliable, positive, and team-oriented attitude
Strong communication and organizational skills
Bilingual a plus (but not required)
