Job summary

Meister Dental Group Fairfield is hiring a Dental Assistant to help keep the day running smoothly and create a positive patient experience from the moment they sit down.

You will support clinical staff, learn dental software, take digital radiographs, and help with charting in a fast-paced, team-focused environment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Completion of an accredited dental assisting program or equivalent experience.
• Knowledge of dental terminology, procedures, and equipment.
• Strong communication skills with patients and team.
• Great organization and attention to detail.
• Ability to multitask and prioritize.
• Positive attitude and team-first mindset.

Responsibilities

• Prepare patients for exams and treatment.
• Assist doctors during procedures and with clinical documentation.
• Create a warm, educational, and reassuring chairside experience.
• Take digital radiographs/X-rays.
• Assist doctors and hygienists with charting.
• Take detailed notes and record important patient information.
• Stay flexible and focused in a busy office.
• Maintain a clean, sterile environment with high sanitization standards.
• Learn and use dental software (or apply current skills).
• Sanitize operatories according to CDC guidelines.
• Sterilize instruments and maintain sterilization workflow.
• Stock rooms and supplies.
• Check in and organize lab cases.
• Communicate with dental labs.
• Help order supplies and keep things running smoothly.

We’re Hiring: Dental Assistant

Meister Dental Group- Fairfield is looking for a Dental Assistant who can keep things moving, support the clinical team, and help patients feel comfortable from the minute they sit down.

What You’ll Do

You’ll be a big part of keeping the day running smoothly and helping create a great experience for patients and teammates alike. That includes:
