Job summary

West Coast Dental Services in Hemet is seeking a skilled Dental Assistant to join our growing DSO. The role supports providers in delivering high-quality patient care while ensuring efficiency and compliance with California regulations.

Responsibilities include preparing treatment rooms, assisting dentists, taking digital X-rays according to CA standards, charting, patient education, inventory management, and maintaining OSHA/HIPAA compliance. We offer benefits and opportunities for growth.

Qualifications

• Active California Dental Assistant certification required by state law.
• X-ray certification (California compliant).
• CPR/BLS certification.
• Minimum 1 year of dental assisting experience preferred.
• Knowledge of dental terminology and procedures.
• Experience with Denticon or similar dental software.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a plus.
