West Coast Dental Administrative Services Llc is seeking a skilled Dental Assistant to join our California DSO team. The role supports providers in patient care, while maintaining efficiency and compliance with California regulations.

The ideal candidate has CA DA certification, CPR/BLS, and 1 year of experience. We offer health, dental, vision insurance, 401(k) matching, PTO, and ongoing CE opportunities within a multi-location network.

Qualifications

• Active California Dental Assistant certification (as required by state law).
• CPR/BLS certification.
• Minimum 1 year of dental assisting experience preferred.
• Knowledge of dental terminology and procedures.
• Experience with Denticon or similar dental software preferred.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Prepare treatment rooms and ensure proper sterilization of instruments.
• Assist dentist during a variety of treatment procedures.
• Take digital X-rays in compliance with CA radiology standards.
• Chart procedures and document clinical notes accurately.
• Provide patient education on post-treatment care and oral hygiene.
• Maintain inventory and assist with ordering dental supplies.
• Ensure OSHA, HIPAA, and infection control compliance.
• Support front office when needed to enhance patient experience.

The ideal candidate is patient-focused, dependable, and thrives in a fast-paced, high-quality clinical environment.
