Qualifications

• 1-3+ years of clinical chairside dental assisting experience OR graduation from an accredited dental assistant program.
• Active BLS/CPR certification.
• Familiarity with modern practice management software (Open Dental a plus).
• Excellent interpersonal skills and a gentle, compassionate patient approach.
• Positive attitude, team player, aligned with family‑focused care.
• Safety-sensitive role; pre-employment drug screen required; CDC/OSHA/ADA guidelines followed.

Responsibilities

• Provide high-quality four-handed chairside assistance during general and cosmetic procedures.
• Deliver a gentle, judgement-free patient experience and ensure comfort.
• Prepare, sterilize, and turnover instruments and treatment rooms per infection control protocols.
• Collaborate with front office and clinical staff to maintain smooth daily scheduling.

What We're Looking For (Qualifications)

This is a safety-sensitive role and requires passing a drug screen. We follow CDC, OSHA, and ADA guidelines to ensure a safe environment.
