Job summary

Lakeshore Family Dentistry in Greendale, WI is seeking an experienced Dental Assistant to join our patient-centered team. You will support clinicians, prepare treatment rooms, take X-rays, and help ensure a positive patient experience throughout visits.

The ideal candidate has at least 1 year of dental assisting experience, strong communication skills, and a professional, compassionate approach. CPR/OSHA/HIPAA training is required or obtained during onboarding.

Responsibilities

Lakeshore Family Dentistry is looking for an experienced Dental Assistant to join our friendly, patient-centered team in Greendale, WI!

If you enjoy working with patients, supporting a great clinical team, and being part of an office that truly cares about the patient experience, we’d love to meet you. We’re looking for someone with at least 1 year of dental assisting experience who is dependable, compassionate, and ready to be part of a team.

What You’ll Do

• Assist the dentist during a variety of dental procedures

• Prepare treatment rooms and sterilize instruments

• Welcome, comfort, and support patients throughout their visit

• Take X-rays and assist with impressions and diagnostic procedures

• Provide patients with oral hygiene and post‑treatment instructions

• Maintain accurate patient records and documentation

• Follow OSHA, HIPAA, infection control, and safety guidelines

• Help maintain emergency supplies and procedures

• Support the entire clinical team to ensure patients have a positive experience

What We Offer $23-$25/hour

Full-Time Schedule:

• • Monday: 7:00 AM–7:00 PM (lunch 12:00 PM–1:00 PM)

  • Tuesday: 7:00 AM–7:00 PM (lunch 1:00 PM–2:00 PM)

  • Wednesday: 7:00 AM–12:00 PM (no lunch)

  • Thursday: 2:00 PM–7:00 PM (no lunch)
