Qualifications

• Two+ years of continuous dental assisting experience.
• Dental Assistant certification or an associate degree in Dental Assisting.
• Current X-ray certification (Radiology/RHS).
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Prepare patients and treatment rooms for dental procedures
• Sterilize and disinfect instruments and prepare treatment trays
• Assist the dentist with fillings, root canals, extractions, crowns and bridges, dental implants, and other procedures
• Collect and document patient medical and dental histories
• Help maintain an organized, efficient clinical environment

Looking for a dental assisting role with competitive pay, a great schedule, and a supportive team? Smiles at San Tan Ranch is looking for an experienced Dental Assistant to join our practice!

What We Offer

• $21–$23 per hour

• Monthly Performance Bonuses: Opportunity to earn additional monthly bonuses based on office growth and performance.

• Consistent Schedule: Monday–Thursday and Friday hours as listed below.

  • Monday: 8:00 AM–5:00 PM

  • Tuesday: 7:00 AM–4:00 PM

  • Thursday: 7:00 AM–5:00 PM

  • Friday: 7:00 AM–2:00 PM

  • One-hour lunch on scheduled days, as applicable

What We’re Looking For
