Job summary

Dental Associates is seeking a Dental Assistant to join our Wisconsin team. This role offers a competitive wage, uniform allowance, mentor program, and paid time off, with continued education opportunities and a supportive environment.

Qualifications

• Previous Dental Assistant experience or completion of an accredited Dental Assistant program preferred.
• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Knowledge of state dental practices requirements, including X‑ray proficiency and OSHA training strongly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assist provider throughout exam including complex treatment, surgery, and all operatory‑related care.
• Explain treatment procedures; seek clarification and understanding from patient.
• Review and assist patient in updating iPad medical history.
• Assist provider with patient education.
• Take patient blood pressure, X-rays and radiographs.
• Monitor oxygen levels when nitrous or IV is administered.
• Make impressions and fabricate crowns as instructed.
• Prepare and record clinical notes, charting and patient record.
• Prepare operatory for patient exam; sterilize instruments and disinfect operatory.
• Provide coverage for Dental Services Representatives to account for absences or high‑volume periods.

$20.00-26.00 hourly plus annual increases.

Schedule

Monday/Tuesday: 7:00am-3:00pm, Wednesday/Thursday: 10:00am-6:00pm, Friday: 8:00am-4:00pm, and 1 Saturday a month: 7:00am-12:00pm
