Job summary

Smile Brands Inc. is seeking a Dental Assistant to support our dentists in delivering quality patient care. This role involves preparing treatment rooms, sterilizing instruments, and assisting during procedures to ensure patient comfort.

The ideal candidate will take and develop X-rays, educate patients on oral hygiene, maintain records, and help with front desk tasks when needed. Strong infection control and teamwork are essential.

Qualifications

• Certifications required for hire: CPR or BLS, X-ray license.

Monday-Saturday

Responsibilities

• Prepare treatment rooms and sterilize dental instruments
• Assist the dentist during procedures by handing instruments and ensuring patient comfort
• Take and develop X-rays as needed
• Educate patients on proper oral hygiene and post-procedure care
• Maintain accurate patient records and update charts
• Manage inventory and order dental supplies as requiredEnsure compliance with infection control protocols and safety regulations
• Assist with front office tasks, such as scheduling appointments and processing payments, if needed

Qualifications

Compensation

$19-$20/hr
