Job summary

Smile Brands Inc. is seeking a Dental Assistant to support dentists, specialists and the clinical team in delivering high-quality care. You’ll prepare treatment rooms, assist during procedures and educate patients, contributing to a welcoming experience and optimal oral health outcomes.

The role emphasizes teamwork, ongoing learning and a respectful, patient-centered approach, with a schedule Monday to Friday and compensation of $20-$25 per hour depending on hours and location.

Qualifications

• Meet all state-specific dental assistant credentialing requirements for the duties assigned in the state of employment.
• Current CPR/BLS certification or ability to obtain before your start date.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• A genuine commitment to patient care.
• Ability to work effectively as part of a team.
• Positive, dependable and willing-to-learn attitude.
• Previous dental assisting experience preferred, but qualified new dental assistants may be considered depending on the practice and state requirements.

As a Dental Assistant, you’ll play an important role in delivering exceptional patient care and helping the clinical team provide high-quality dentistry. You’ll work alongside dentists, specialists and other dental professionals to help patients feel comfortable and confident throughout their visit. From preparing patients and treatment rooms to assisting during procedures and educating patients, your work makes a difference every day. Schedule (days/hours)

Monday: 7am - 6pm
Tuesday: 8am - 5pm
Wednesday: 8am - 5pm
Thursday: 7am - 5pm
Friday: 8am - 1pm
