Job summary

Pearls 4 Kids Dentistry & Orthodontics in Des Moines is seeking a Pediatric Dental Assistant to join a kid-focused team. You will help caregivers and doctors, welcome children, and create a friendly, stress-free experience during visits.

The role emphasizes teamwork, compassionate care, and attention to detail in a fast-paced pediatric setting. 8-hour daytime shifts are available, with competitive compensation.

Qualifications

• Experience in a pediatric dental clinic is preferred.
• CDA/RDA certification is a plus.
• Experience with Denticon software is a plus.
• Graduation from a dental assisting school is a plus.
• Full-time role (30+ hours per week).
• State licensure/certification may be required depending on location.

Responsibilities

A Typical Day As a Pediatric Dental Assistant

Schedule

• 8-hour shifts
• Daytime hours – No nights!

Pay is starting at $24/hr depending on experience.
