Job summary

Pearls 4 Kids Dentistry & Orthodontics in Des Moines is hiring a Pediatric Dental Assistant to support clinicians and engage young patients. You will help create a positive, kid-friendly visit, assist with procedures, and guide families through the patient journey.

Ideal candidates have pediatric experience, a dental assisting background, and a teamwork mindset. This full-time role offers a friendly team, competitive pay, and growth opportunities in a family-focused practice.

Qualifications

• Experience in a pediatric dental clinic is preferred.
• CDA and/or RDA certification is a plus.
• Experience using Denticon software is a plus.
• Graduation from a dental assisting program is a plus.
• Full-time role (30+ hours per week).
• State licensure/certification may be required depending on location.

A Typical Day As a Pediatric Dental Assistant

Schedule

• 8-hour shifts
• Daytime hours – No nights!

Pay is starting at $24/hr depending on experience.
