Job summary

Lone Peak Dental Group is seeking a Pediatric Dental Assistant to join our Des Moines team. This full-time role (30+ hours/week) emphasizes a positive, kid-friendly patient experience and supports doctors and hygienists.

Starting pay is $24 per hour with benefits such as 401K, PTO, continuing education, and a referral bonus program. Prior pediatric clinic experience is preferred and state licensure may be required depending on location.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

Requirements:

• Experience in a pediatric dental clinic is preferred
• CDA, RDA certification is a plus.
• Experience with Denticon software is a plus
• Graduation from a dental assisting school is a plus.

A Typical Day as a Pediatric Dental Assistant:

• Welcoming kiddos and making them feel comfortable.
• Assisting caregivers and doctors in providing top-notch care.
• Creating a fun and engaging experience for each patient.
• Ensuring smooth patient flow and maintaining a kid-friendly environment.

Schedule:

• 8-hour shifts
• Daytime hours – No nights!

Pay is starting at $24/hr depending on experience.
