Colorado Dental Group is a family dental practice located near the Garden of the Gods that is growing and seeking an experienced Dental Assistant or EDDA to join our team. We are a fun, energetic, and cohesive team led by a fantastic dentist who has been with our practice for over ten years. Schedule:Monday-Friday 8am-5pm

Responsibilities:

• Assist the dentist chairside
• Genuinely welcome patients into the practice - make them feel at ease
• Prepare patients for treatment, ensuring the highest level of care and comfort are achieved
• A thorough review and update of the patient's health history
• Set up and break down of operatories
• Select and set up instruments, equipment, and supplies as needed for each operatory daily
• Present and enter treatment plans into Denticon
• Provide post-operative instructions
• Sterilization of instruments according to regulations
• Stocking supplies, ordering supplies, and any additional duties as necessary

Requirements:

• 2+ years of experience as a chairside dental assistant
• X-Ray Certification is required
• CPR Certification is required
• CDA is preferred
• EDDA Certification is preferred
• Denticon experience is a plus but not required
