Job summary

Passion Dental in Brockton, MA is seeking a Dental Assistant to support clinicians and deliver the Relationship Practice Experience (RPE), fostering Patients for Life. You will assist in various dental procedures, prepare rooms, and maintain infection control standards to create a positive patient experience.

The ideal candidate has at least 1 year of dental assisting experience, certifications as required by state regulations, and strong communication and organizational skills.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

  • Support clinicians in delivering exceptional patient care and the Relationship Practice Experience (RPE).
  • Assist doctors during a variety of dental treatment procedures.
  • Prepare treatment rooms, instruments, and materials for patient care.
  • Sterilize and maintain instruments according to OSHA and infection control standards.
  • Take dental radiographs as permitted by state regulations.
  • Provide pre- and post-operative patient education.
  • Maintain accurate patient records and clinical documentation.
  • Ensure treatment rooms remain clean, organized, and fully stocked.
  • Support restorative, surgical, preventive, and specialty procedures.
  • Collaborate effectively with doctors, hygienists, specialists, and front office team members.
  • Contribute to a positive, patient-centered office environment.
  • Follow all company policies, safety standards, and infection control protocols.

Dental Assistant – Brockton, MA

Passion Dental is seeking an energetic, patient-focused Dental Assistant to join our team at Brockton.

The primary role of the Dental Assistant is to support clinicians in delivering theRelationship Practice Experience (RPE), thereby fostering Patients for Life (PFL). Dental Assistants perform a variety of patient care, office, and laboratory duties to ensure efficient, high-quality dental treatment while creating a positive experience for every patient.

Dental Assistants must collaborate effectively with co-workers, specialty dental assistants, patients, and front office staff by communicating constructively and positively. Successful Dental Assistants actively listen, consider feedback objectively, maintain commitments, keep others informed of work progress, and address problems constructively to identify practical solutions.

If assigned to specialty areas, including Endodontics, Oral Surgery, Orthodontics, Periodontics, or Pediatric Dentistry, Dental Assistants will primarily support clinicians within that specialty and may require additional training.
