Great Expressions Dental Centers is seeking a friendly Dental Assistant to join a dynamic, patient-focused team. You will support experienced clinicians, prepare treatment rooms, sterilize instruments, educate patients on oral care, and help maintain efficient daily operations.

We offer a $1,000 sign-on bonus and opportunities to grow your dental career in a fast-paced environment while meeting state X-ray exposure requirements and EFDA training where applicable.

• Previous dental assisting experience or relevant education is preferred, but we're willing to train the right candidate.

Responsabilidades

• Assist our experienced dental team in providing exceptional patient care
• Prepare treatment rooms, sterilize instruments, and ensure a clean and organized environment

• Support dentists during procedures, anticipating their needs and ensuring smooth workflow
• Perform basic dental procedures under the guidance of a licensed dentist
• Manage appointment scheduling and maintain patient records accurately

Requirements:

Before applying, it is imperative that you meet the state requirements outlined below.

• Connecticut: certification and proof of formal training to expose X-rays.
• Florida: Expanded Functions Dental Assistant (EFDA) certification and proof of formal training to expose X-rays (including FDOH Permit to expose X-rays).
• Georgia: CPR Certification, Expanded Functions Dental Assistant (EFDA) certification, and proof of formal training to expose X-rays.
• Massachusetts: CPR Certification, proof of formal training to expose X-rays, BORID certification and annual CE requirements must be completed per state regulations.
• Michigan: Upon hiring, you are required to furnish evidence of X-ray training certification. If you do not possess certification at the time of hiring, you are granted an 8-week period to submit it.
• New Jersey: Proof of X-ray training.
• New York: Not applicable.
• Ohio: Proof of formal training to expose X-rays (including FDOH Permit to Expose X-rays)
• Texas: CPR Certification, TSBDE: TX State Board of Dental Examiners.
